climawall_classic

ClimaWall® Classic

Ideal for standard building structures and/or structures presenting high flexibility requirements (use of organic base coat and finishing render of the ClimaTop® series)

Systems Materials

Substrate – masonry
Adhesive material
Thermal insulation board
Mechanical anchoring
Reinforcing glass mesh
Colored primer
Colored finishing render

The most common External Thermal Insulation Systems combination is by using white expanded polystyrene (λ=0,036 W/mK) in a wide range of compression strength ratings (between 80 -200kPa). It can be combined with inorganic base coat (Strong Bond / ThermoPro Bond) or organic base coat (Flex Bond), in case of increased flexibility requirements for your structure. Possibility to select finishing renders from the complete ClimaTop® range (acrylic, silicone-based, elastomeric), offering a multitude of aesthetic textures and shades.

ClimaWall® Premium

ClimaWall® Premium

Ideal for building structures with increased thermal insulation protection requirements combined with limited application thickness and/or structures with high flexibility requirements (use of organic base coat and suitable finishing render from the ClimaTop® range)

Systems Materials

Substrate – masonry
Adhesive material
ThermoPro Bond
Mechanical anchoring
Reinforcing glass mesh
Colored primer
Colored finishing render

Combination of External Thermal Insulation System materials by using graphite expanded polystyrene (λ= 0.030- 0,031 W/Mk) in a wide range of compression strength ratings (between 80– 200 kPa). It can be combined with inorganic base coat (Strong Bond / ThermoPro Bond) or organic base coat (Flex Bond), in case of increased flexibility requirements. Possibility to select top organic coatings from the complete ClimaTop® range (acrylic, silicone-based, elastomeric), offering a multitude of textures and shades.

ClimaWall® Extra

ClimaWall® Extra

Ideal for building structures with increased requirements concerning mechanical strength, resistance to impact and high water repellence, and/or structures with high flexibility requirements (use of organic base coat and suitable finishing render from the ClimaTop® range)

Systems Materials

Substrate – masonry
Adhesive material
Thermal insulation board
Mechanical anchoring
Reinforcing glass mesh
Colored primer
Colored finishing render

A combination of External Thermal Insulation System facade materials, using extruded polystyrene (λ=0,033 – 0,034 W/mK, depending on thickness), providing compression strength. It can be combined with inorganic base coat (Strong Bond) or organic base layer (Flex Bond), in case of increased flexibility requirements. Possibility to select finishing renders from the complete ClimaTop® range (acrylic, silicone-based, elastomeric), offering a multitude of aesthetic textures and shades.

ClimaWall® Mineral

ClimaWall® Mineral

Ideal for building structures with increased requirements concerning fire resistance and especially high vapor permeability, and/or structures with high flexibility requirements (use of organic base coat and suitable finishing render from the ClimaTop® range)

Systems Materials

Substrate – masonry
Adhesive material
Thermal insulation board
Mechanical anchoring
Reinforcing glass mesh
Colored primer
Colored finishing render

A combination of External Thermal Insulation Systems, using mineral wool (λ=0,035 - 0,036 W/mK)) with high density (100 – 120Kg/m3) and specific braiding.
