ClimaTop® Primer
Granulated adhesion primer for finishing renders
ClimaTop® Primer is an organic water-based primer, with small granules, ready to use, which creates a slightly rough surface enhancing the adhesion, filling and homogenization of the substrate, followed by the application of various types of finishing renders in pasty form such as ClimaTop® finishing renders by BIOCLIMA®.
It participates as undercoaat (primer) to the certified external thermal insulation system CLIMAWALL® by BIOCLIMA® according to EAD 040083-00-0404.

How to Use
To ensure better adhesion the surface is required to be dry, clean and free from dust, oils, salts, rust, loose paints and residues, swollen paints, etc.
Before application, remove any moss, fungi and algae by mechanical abrasion, wash with soapy water and let the substrate to dry.
No need to dilute the product. It is recommended that the product be stirred slightly before use and during application with a low-speed mechanical drill. This ensures the even distribution of the small granules of the product.
ClimaTop® Primer is applied in one layer using a roller or brush and allowed to dry for at least 4 hours before applying the finishing render.
Immediately after the application the tools must be cleaned with warm water and soap or a detergent solution. Remove as much material as possible from tools before cleaning.
