Νέο έργο με τη σφραγίδα της BIOCLIMA®

Another modern residential project is taking shape in Thermi, Thessaloniki, with a total façade area of approximately 1,800 m² being energy-upgraded with integrated solutions by BIOCLIMA® .

The project is being realized in collaboration with the engineering company Lazaridis S.A. For the complete thermal insulation and superior finishing of the building envelope, a certified BIOCLIMA® external thermal insulation system is being applied, incorporating:

• ThermoPro Bond fiber-reinforced adhesive and base coat mortar

• ClimaNet 160 reinforcing fiberglass mesh

• ClimaTop® Primer adhesion-promoting primer

• ClimaTop® Classic decorative finishing plaster

Additionally, the high-performance flexible tile adhesive FixoTile Flex 30 is being utilized for the project's demanding tile installation requirements.
