With a significant presence, BIOCLIMA ® participated in the initial meetings of the Innovation Cluster, held within the framework of the Operational Programme 'Competitiveness, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation (EPAnEK)' of the NSRF.

Among the 14 participants representing businesses - members of the Innovation Cluster, Druckfarben Hellas presented BIOCLIMA®’s products and their contribution to green, low-energy buildings.

With a vision to create value and make the green future that concerns us all more accessible, BIOCLIMA® Certified Building Energy Upgrade Systems are the first Greek external thermal insulation systems with the 'Green' EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) Certification, ensuring the highest 'ecological' classification of building constructions according to internationally recognized rating systems such as LEAD, BREEM & WELL. Additionally, BIOCLIMA® products are fully compliant with all modern European and National Regulations on thermal insulation and fire protection of building constructions.

The participation of the Druckfarben Group in the informative meetings of the Innovation Cluster is particularly important and beneficial for the participants, as the dimension of sustainability is present throughout the company's supply chain. A key pillar in the Group's sustainable strategy is the use of raw materials with a low footprint and recycled packaging certified by external bodies, which contribute to the circular economy.

The results of the program will strengthen the development strategy and the outward orientation of the Innovation Cluster, focusing on new job opportunities in R&D and supporting the message of 'Greek Innovation,' which is perfectly in line with BIOCLIMA®’s strategy.

With a focus on innovation across all its activities, the Druckfarben Group, through the production and marketing of BIOCLIMA ® energy-upgrading building systems and KRAFT Paints architectural paints, consistently seeks and achieves to meet and even exceed the highest international standards in terms of sustainable practices at every stage of industrial production.
