New Residential Project in Thermi, Thessaloniki

The certified external thermal insulation composite system BIOCLIMA® ClimaWall® is being applied to a modern residential development comprising two buildings in Thermi, Thessaloniki, designed with pilotis, green roofs, and a swimming pool.

The project is carried out in collaboration with the engineering company Lazaridis. To ensure the thermal protection and aesthetic quality of the building facades, the following solutions were selected:

• ThermoPro Bond fiber-reinforced adhesive and base coat mortar

• ClimaTop® Classic decorative finishing plaster
