Distinguished by CR Index in the SILVER clas

The Druckfarben Hellas Group was honored in the SILVER category by the CR Institute, among others according to the CR (Corporate Responsibility) Index for its performance in the application of responsible corporate practices, in the 2020-2021 period. CR Index is a leading international comparative business assessment tool, focusing on sustainable development, with regard to Corporate Social Responsibility performance in four individual areas: Community, Environment, Employees and Marketplace.

Under these conditions, the distinction of Druckfarben Hellas, following this assessment process according to stringent international standards, celebrated the Group’s strategy on good corporate social responsibility practices, with respect to the design, management and implementation activities and their impact upon the community and the environment.

In particular, regarding the environment, Druckfarben Hellas was evaluated for policies and actions aimed at climate change control, waste management and the Group’s environmental policy. Similarly, for actions addressed to the community at large, the Group was evaluated on workplace diversity, employee development, equality, respect for diversity, and investment in the local community.

Druckfarben Hellas Group is the first company in the sector to receive the specific assessment. This important distinction is the culmination of efforts and persistent focus on being a role model for environmental and social responsibility.
