A contemporary residential building in the heart of Glyfada, designed with a strong emphasis on modern aesthetics, long-term durability, and high energy efficiency.

The project was implemented using the external thermal insulation system BIOCLIMA® ClimaWall®, contributing to optimized thermal comfort and the overall energy performance of the building.

For the final finish, ClimaTop® Flexosil K08 render was selected, ensuring weather resistance and a refined aesthetic result that meets contemporary architectural requirements.
