A Modern Two-Storey Residence in Volos

This project reflects a thoughtful approach to construction, where high-performance systems and trusted materials were selected to ensure long-term protection, optimal thermal performance, and refined finishing to create a contemporary two-storey building in the heart of Volos

For the building, the BIOCLIMA® ClimaWall® External Thermal Insulation System was applied, offering enhanced energy efficiency and contributing to a comfortable indoor environment throughout the year.

Surface preparation was carried out using KRAFT Paints Powderfine® smoothing filler, ensuring a perfectly even substrate and high-quality final finish.

For tile installation, KRAFT Paints Fixotile Flex 30 adhesive was selected, providing strong bonding performance and reliability across applications.
