In the area of Agios Minas, overlooking the Gulf of Euboea, a beautiful villa designed by Nikos Hadjimichalis in the 1970s has acquired a new identity under the architectural direction of the Neiheiser Argyros studio. Both internally and externally, the redesign of the residence managed to preserve the most interesting and characteristic elements of the original building, while making interventions and additions for a functional and completely fresh result. The outdoor spaces were expanded and the original openings were redefined to highlight and integrate the diversity of the surrounding environment - forest, olive grove, lawn, meadow, and the sea.
