The hotel is the evolution of the Plaza Hotel in Skiathos, which had passed into the hands of the well-known real estate investment company, BriQ Properties, of the Quest Group. The building is decorated in a modern, minimalist style, and most of the rooms offer views of the hotel pool or the sea. The resort is ideal for weddings with its own Orthodox chapel and outdoor pool space, offering reception areas with a view.
