This is an iconic project on Limassol beach, an example of a state-of-the-art architectural philosophy with a clean, natural aesthetic. Its form is inspired by the smooth and curved sea waves as well as the shape of the nearby hills, while its unique sinusoidal curves are manifested in both the glass-tiered facades and the floor plans, where curved walls and balconies create a unique sculpted shape. Also, inspired by naval architecture, the building resembles a large cruise ship, with the roof gardens as the ship’s bridge and command post.
