BIOCLIMA® expands its product portfolio with the launch of ClimaTop® Face Up, a next-generation silicone paint specifically designed for the renewal of external masonry surfaces of External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems (ETICS), aiming at their long-term maintenance and protection.

With this new addition, BIOCLIMA® enhances the performance of external thermal insulation façades while maintaining color stability without altering the distinctive texture of ETICS renders. The new silicone paint is not merely an aesthetic solution, but a technical product designed to ensure the long-term functionality of ClimaWall® external insulation systems, as well as any similar ETICS system.

The Need for Specialized Maintenance

External surfaces coated with insulation renders require targeted maintenance over time in order to remain both functional and visually intact. ClimaTop® Face Up was developed precisely to meet this need, offering a comprehensive protective shield against harsh weather conditions and environmental pollutants.

Technological Excellence & Key Advantages

Based on advanced silicone resins and dispersed silica nanoparticles, the new product delivers high performance without compromising the architectural identity of the building.

The main features of ClimaTop® Face Up include:

High Breathability & Hydrophobicity
Allows water vapor to pass through while effectively repelling moisture.

Nano-penetration Technology
Applies without “sealing” the surface or altering the textured finish of renders, as it penetrates between the grains.

Durability
Provides strong resistance to UV radiation, dust, and heavy rainfall.

Elasticity & Protection
Maintains elasticity, preventing peeling while delivering a uniform ultra-matt finish.

Cool Paint Technology
Helps maintain lower surface temperatures.

Applications

ClimaTop® Face Up is the ideal choice for:

Organic renders
As a finishing layer for BIOCLIMA® ClimaWall® systems, as well as for any acrylic or silicone render.

Cement-based renders
For façade renewal in buildings exposed to demanding environmental conditions.

Shades & Aesthetic Flexibility

Beyond its technical performance, Face Up also functions as a Cool Paint, contributing to improved thermal comfort.

The product is available in white and in hundreds of shades through the specialized BIOCLIMA® FACADE COLLECTION fan deck and KRAFT Paints tinting systems, ensuring long-lasting color stability over time.

With the launch of ClimaTop® Face Up, BIOCLIMA® reaffirms its commitment to delivering innovative solutions that protect property investments while promoting sustainable construction.
